Ingredients:

For the Donuts:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 c. buttermilk (or regular milk + 1/2 tsp. vinegar)

1 large egg

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract


 For the Chocolate Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp of cacao powder

3-4 tbsp of milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: sprinkles, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut for topping


Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.

2. Make the Donut Batter:

Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk or milk with vinegar mixture, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined; do not overmix. The batter will be thick.

3. Pipe the Batter:

Transfer batter to a piping bag or to a plastic zip-top bag with tip cut off.Pipe batter into the greased donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 of the way full.

4. Bake the Donuts: 

Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.Place the donuts in the pan, cooling them for 5 minutes. Transfer the donuts to a wire rack to cool completely.

5. Make the Chocolate Glaze:

In a medium bowl, whisk until smooth: powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla extract. If too thick, add a little more milk (1 tbsp at a time) until desired consistency is achieved.

6. Glaze the Donuts:

 Dip the top of each donut that have been cooled into the glaze and then transfer onto wire rack again. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings, if desired: sprinkles, nuts, coconut.

 Ingredients:

2 cans (14 oz each) full-fat coconut milk for creaminess

1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional Toppings - toasted coconut flakes, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, fresh fruit


Instructions:


1. Chill the Coconut Milk: Refrigerate the cans of coconut milk overnight. This helps to separate the cream from the water in the milk.

2. Coconut Cream Preparation: Remove the coconut milk from the cans; it will have separated and then solidified in the fridge into a mixing bowl. Save the watery part for smoothies or recipes that require its addition.

3. Combine Ingredients: Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt to the coconut cream. Stir until well combined, or with an electric mixer, beat until finer in texture.

4. Tasting and Adjusting: Taste the mixture; if needed, add more sugar. At this stage, it is also possible to add other flavorings, like coconut extract or even a touch of grated lime zest. 

5. Freeze: Pour the mixture into a shallow container and then cover it. Put it in the freezer for about 4 hours, stirring or whisking every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals that may be forming for a smoother texture. Do this 4-5 times.

6. Serve: When the ice cream is frozen and creamy, scoop into bowls; top with any optional toppings: toasted coconut flakes, nuts, or fruit.

Ingredients

For Cake:

1 ¾ cups (220g) all-purpose flour

1 ½ cups (300g) granulated sugar

¾ cup (65g) unsweetened cocoa powder

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs, room temperature

1 cup (240ml) whole milk

½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil or melted butter

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

1 cup, 240ml, boiling water, or hot coffee for a stronger flavour


For the Frosting:

1 cup, 230g, unsalted butter, soft

3 ½ cups, 440g, powdered sugar

½ cup, 40g, unsweetened cocoa powder

½ teaspoon of salt

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

¼ cup, 60ml, heavy cream or milk, until desired consistency reached


Instructions:

 For the Cake:

1. Preheat Oven: The oven preheats to a temperature of 350°F or 175°C. Lightly grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans or line with parchment paper.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients: Flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt mix in a large bowl until well combined.

3. Add Wet Ingredients: Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry mixture. Beat on medium until smooth, about 2 minutes.

4. Add Boiling Water: Slowly stir in boiling water-or hot coffee-until batter is well combined. Batter will be thin-this is normal.

5. Bake: Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans. Bake 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6. Cool: Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

For the Frosting:

1. Beat Butter: Beat the softened butter at medium speed until creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

2. Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Beat on low until combined.

3. Add Vanilla & Cream: Beat in the vanilla extract and heavy cream. Beat on high for 2-3 minutes, until light and fluffy. If too thick, add a little more cream. If too thin, add more powdered sugar.

Assemble the Cake:

1. Frost: When the cakes are completely cool, place one layer in a serving plate. Spread frosting on top. Place the second layer of cake on top and frost the whole cake.

2. Decorate: Any other decorations you want-add chocolate shavings or sprinkles.

3. Serve: Slice and enjoy your homemade chocolate cake!!

Chocolate Milkshake Recipe,


 Ingredients:

-2 cups of chocolate ice cream or vanilla ice cream with 2 tbsp of chocolate syrup

-1 cup milk whole milk for creaminess or your choice of milk

- 2-3 tbsp chocolate syrup adjust to taste

-1/2 tsp of vanilla extract-to taste, optional-just adds flavor

-Whipped cream-for topping, optional

-Chocolate shavings or sprinkles-for garnish, optional


Instructions:

1.Blend ingredients: In a blender, put in the chocolate ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

2. Taste and adjust: Taste your milkshake. If you want it sweeter or more chocolaty, just add more chocolate syrup and blend.

3. Serve: Serve in a tall glass.

4. Toppings: Extravagant, if desired, top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, or sprinkles.

5. Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy with a straw!

Optional: thinner with more milk; thicker by adding more ice cream.

Ingredients:

 - 4 slices of bread-white, wheat, or multigrain

- Pizza sauce or tomato ketchup, 1/2 cup

- Mozzarella cheese or your favorite grated cheese, 1/2 cup

- Sliced vegetables of choice: onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, olives, etc., 1/4 cup

- Cooked chicken, sausage, or pepperoni, 1/4 cup - optional

- Dried oregano or Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon

- Chili flakes, 1 teaspoon - optional 

-1 tablespoon butter (for toasting)

-Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions


1. Preheat the Oven Optional:

    -In case of baking, preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. For stove cooking, this step is skipped.


2. Prepare the Bread: 

    - Lightly butter one side of the bread slices. This gives a nice crisp to the base.

      Place them, butter-side down, either on a baking tray or in a skillet.


3. Applying the Sauce:

- Take one tablespoon of pizza sauce or ketchup and apply it to each slice individually.


4. Adding Toppings:

- Arrange your desired vegetables, meat, or both above the sauce.

- Sprinkle some salt, pepper, oregano, and chili flakes to give it an extra taste.


5. Adding Cheese:

Sprinkle liberally with grated mozzarella or any other variety of cheese that you may like.


6. Cook:

In Oven: Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden in color.

- On Stovetop: On low flame, place the skillet; cover the bread pizzas with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes or till the cheese melts and bread turns crispy.
